The coronavirus, COVID-19, pandemic, or whatever you want to call this horrific plague, has taken Memorial Day away from us.

This week we had to say an official “Goodbye” to the school building for the 2019-2020 school year.

One aspect of the shutdowns has been particularly difficult – the closing of all schools.

The coronavirus has impacted millions of people all over the world. With businesses, retail, and schools shut down, people are staying home to stay safe

What is happening in the world hangs over us, making that agony seem to overtake the ecstasy of being together.

I keep hearing and seeing the term “an abundance of caution” in relation to people’s behavior in dealing with the coronavirus, which is a world-wide pandemic.

Sometimes I’m stuck in traffic, look up, and see a gorgeous sunrise that I wouldn’t have noticed otherwise.

I highly recommend this film as family friendly, old-fashioned entertainment. Go see it, and I predict that you will hear a call of the wild of your own.

Just keep in mind that one day we will all be gone, and none of this online stuff will matter anymore.

The long awaited second season of Netflix’s 'Lost in Space' is now available for viewing and it was worth the wait.
