This film proves that even an extremely common, and perhaps overdone, horror premise can still deliver a powerful story.

One of the best comic book movies yet.

I would never recommend anyone wasting 94 minutes of their time with the film, but I will say that I laughed more times throughout Movie 43 than sitting through both "RED 2" and "R.I.P.D." in the same week. Not high praise, but at least there was something to laugh at.

Its parts are way better than the sum of its whole.

A meandering sharksploitation movie that doesn't even benefit from the sight of Halle Berry's bare breasts.

A ton of stars and lots of mini-plots make this a watchable slice of nothingness.
