ABC’s hit series Once Upon a Time returns Sunday evening with “Desperate Souls.” The new episode tracks the back story of Rumpelstiltskin (the always mesmerizing Robert Carlyle), who seems to have his fingers in everyone’s business. But was he always the cold, calculating dealmaker he is both in the Enchanted Forest and – Mr. Gold – and in Storybrooke? We shall see on Sunday.
